If you read the article about it on GM.TV and click the link for more information it opens a page saying April fools!!!
Thought it was too good to be true!!
  • I think there has to be an April Fool here, I have looked on line for any reference to this and there are none that I can find. It is not very funny if this is an April Fool, for all those people who have desperately been trying to lose weight for a long time. If any one has any info on this it should be displayed on the website ASAP.
  • I myself have searched the internet and nothing comes up about a slimming cream called So-Tox. If you look at the lady on LK Today, her fat to me did not look natural. It looked as if she was wearing extra clothing or something under her clothing to make her look fatter.

If this is an April Fools joke I don't find it funny. A cream like that would cause a stampede. When I looked on the internet there are lots of people asking where can you buy this cream - the answer is nowhere!

it does open a page up on LK today website saying its an april fool, very poor taste though, I must admit, especially when thay have REAL people on the show all the time, doing these six week challenges to lose weight, some people cling at any hope...Bad taste LK producers if you read this!!
  • i agree, this must be an april fool, but its a bad one and very unfair, if it is, gmtv (lorraine kelly) should apologise for this. On looking at the interview with the tester again it looks very much like she is wearing a fat body suit like robin williams wore in mrs doubtfire. Not nice gmtv....bad joke!!!
  • this sotox thing is a joke i reckon.

when watching the clip i thought the woman looked sarcastic and over the top there was a look on her face that made it look ridiculous

AND it looked like she was wearing a FAT suit! how bizzare

I think it's really silly if this is an april fool

surely it's over the top if it is, i doubt anything could have that effect and be like 12 pounds come on! if something like this existed it would actually have a health risk and everyone in america would be skinny rather than mostly obsese!
  • Yes, I looked it up on the net, as I'm sure many people did. It was an Aprils Fools Day Joke, but it wasn't funny. Very bad taste!
  • i thought the woman was too unreal but i still hang on to every hope, i dont find this funny at all and lorraine should know how it feels, she had problems with her weight aswell, not a nice joke LK.
  • Yeah it was an April Fool Joke!!!!
