Just done a quick google and found these free removal tools
    from Kaspersky Lab
    http://www.kaspersky.com/removaltools

Although I'm not sure which tool you need(I'm thinking
fifth one down on the left or possibly 13th down on left), maybe a techie
from MSE can pick the right one for you.

Win32 bagle is generally transmitted via e-mail or file sharing .
Go through your emails and recent file shares and delete any that may be suspicious .
Empty deleted folder . Run CCleaner free to download and genuine tool and run both cleans and fix registry dont save reg back up in this case.
Download a free trial of Kaspersky Internet Security from http://www.kaspersky.com/trials
    download free SuperAnti spyware from
    http://www.superantispyware.com/superantispywarefreevspro.html

Install both then you must update both
Turn off system restore . Remove Zone Alarm and Spyware to prevent conflicts .
Run kaspersky and the superantispyware and see if you get a better result .
