Infinity kitchens??

I had a quote from infinity kitchens. Has anyone used them? The guy from the company gave me a good deal on the price, but insisted that I pay him a deposit immediately, to get the price. They didnt want my business when I said I wanted to think about it. It apparently wasn't worth it.
Is this the normal practice? Has anyone signed and given a cheque at the end of the design process?

The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

I have used infinity kitchens I had a new kitchen fitted last October and i think I was one of the few people who actually got an excellent job. Since I had my kitchen done I have read lots of horror stories and today I read on a forumn that they were going bust. Check out the review centre for Infinity reviews http://www.reviewcentre.com/reviews113227.html. As I say I was lucky and ended up with a good job and a good quality kitchen, many did not.0

I had a kitchen fitted by Infinity in December last year. Since they finally sorted out most of the defects/missing bits last week, I can't really recommend them.
However, I received a letter from them today informing me that they went into administration on the 4th April, so I guess I'm lucky that they fixed the defects at all!
Hopefully you've decided not to go with them and had a lucky escape.0
