Computer Language problem

I'm hoping someone can help! After much help from here i've bought a Dell system and so far so good, I really like it! My printer disc has only the drivers for XP, not Vista, so i've found where I need to download them from and done so but it's dowloaded them in Czech!! (I only know it's Czech because I googled a word!!) Anyway, I was onto HP today for an hour, his conclusion in the end was that it was something in my system. To test this theory i've downloaded the same drivers onto my hubbys computer and indeed they are English so there is a problem with my system! I checked Control panel, Rogion and Language settings and everything is set correctly as English (united Kingdom) Has anyone else had this problem or know what it could be?
Many thanks for you help.:D
