Chester hotel/B&B recommendation?

Can anyone on here recommend a hotel or B&B for Chester for the coming weekend please? Not looking for anything special, simple hotel or B&B will do as I'm staying up for the weekend - the Dene Hotel, Brookside hotel, Kilmorey Lodge and the Garden Gate Guest House look to have good ratings on Laterooms.com, has anyone here stayed at any of those or comment or them (or add their own tip?!)
TIA

ta for that!
though ideally looknig for something in or near the city centre, such as those mentioned above 0 -
Holiday Inn Express is very good and free breakfast included. It' s by Chester racecourse and has free parking and is within easy walking distance to City Centre etc (5 minutes literally)
At the moment they are doing two nights for the price of one, but there may only be so many of those rooms and you may be too late as it's so near when you want to stay.
Good luck0 -
If you are looking for cheap B&B's I would recommend any of the ones on Hoole Road as they tend to be at the lower end - I always check the reviews on Tripadvisor thought first.
Hoole Road is a long-ish road that leads into the city so depending which end you stay at will depend on how far the walk into town is - but its only about 10 minutes and Hoole has a few nice cafes, bars and shops of its own which are quite nice.
