    Yeah I don't want to block things totally.. just want to make sure everyone can use the Internet. I don't really care what people are looking at - they're all adults - that's their business.

    Trying out a trial version of http://bandwidthcontroller.com (standard edition). Traffic Shaper seems to make the pc constantly reboot, but Bandwidth Controller is alright...just need to learn to use it now. Set it to no restrictions for tonight as I've spent long enough disrupting everyone's net connection for one day.

    You do want to care what they're looking at as it will be the name on the bill who the law/BSA/FAST come chasing.
