Just a tip to make sure no one else gets ripped off by this thoroughly unhelpful corporation.
If you've bought a last minute deal and picked the tickets up at the airport, when you check in at you departure airport make sure they give you the stump back from the tickets they tear off. This is your return ticket.
Without it, they'll handwrite you a return ticket at the airport abroad and charge you €30 each for the pleasure.
I've been in correspondance with Thomson about this, and even though we enquired with their resort representative about the tickets, we were advised that it would be ok and we should proceed to the airport where the staff would help us. They flattley refused to help and told us we'd probably lost our tickets like lots of people do every day. Several letters later, they're not budging.
Do not let these rip off merchants take your cash - make sure the people at check in give you clear information on return tickets.
And try to book elsewhere if you can.
