Trade-in / Part Exchange

Ive had my laguna since new and now i want something different.

Does anybody know what is the closest to sale price dealers will take a trade in for.

I.E. Glasses says my car is worth about £2800 Trade in

I have seen a car that i like that is £3995 in a dealership.

What is the chances that he will let me trade my old car in?

Anybody got any advice or insights?

  • He will trade your old car, but you need to haggle on the price, and you get a better deal if you have the cash and no stupid c book.
Tell him you have the cash and want a good deal on your old car, if you dont get a good deal you go else where.
    He will haggle :-)
Also if your car is mint and the other one has scratches? get some money nocked off becouse its going to cost you for a blow over????
I'm not poor i'm just skint
