How do I get actual technical support from ebay

Unfortunately my ebay account was compromised about a month ago. I noticed the same day. I guess this occurred because I use the same password on a lot of sites. I certainly haven't been a victim of phishing at any rate.

Anyway, since this time I no longer get emails from ebay from buyers/sellers and confirmation that I have won items.

I have contacted ebay about this twice, but they just send me inane boilerplate responses about how to secure my account, and fail to address the problem.

I am concerned that my emails are going to someone else at worst, and at least that not receiving messages causes major communication problems.

My email address is correctly set in my profile.

Can anyone suggest how to get proper support from them?
