Whats the high up complaints email for BT(rant coming)

Have been with them since the end of September, no end of problems, for one I asked for itemised billing and monthly at first then they did a 3 monthly one partly itemised then charged me a £4.50 payment fee, I phoned and phoned and either was on over 90 minutes before being disconnected or the advisor hung up on me before call started, or the Indian based person didnt understand me and acted as if I was being rude to them(not my fault Im Scottish and they dont understand Scottish accents)

I managed to find the details here and emailed high level complains and it was sorted, at least until 3 months later when they charged me another £4.50 payment fee, and upped the line rental from £11 to £15 without telling me, and claimed I had spent £150 in phone calls in 3 months, £100 of which were over christmas when the house was empty but these were conviently the non itemised ones!

I phoned and phoned again and had same problems, and what was stupider was they didnt take cash out till a month later then tried to take it twice making me overdrawn then refunding both then saying I hadnt paid and I was getting a late payment fee then blocked outgoing calls, and in the last week my number completly

I have tried and tried to contact them but got nowhere.

This happens EVERY time the bill is due, theres always some payment error on their end and I have lived at 3 different addresses and had 3 different accounts so its not my account.

So what shall I say and who do I contact?
