Builder and Roofer needed (Newcastle area)

I've rang numerous roofers in the YP who either estimate a fortune or don't turn up, and as for my builder well he's taking the *mick* somewhat as he reduces the workload whilst simultanoeusly manages to up the price!!
I need a new roof fitting and an inner wall moving so if anyone can recommend anyone for the above I'd appreciate it.
