Please help, i purchase some t-shirts (10) from a seller in States 35 days ago for my daughters birthday package. I didn't purchase them through Ebay (i know i'm stupid , please don't shout
). I paid £120.00 through Paypal, £50.00 was already in my Paypal account and the rest £70.00 was taken from my CO-OP visa card.
In a nut shell the goods never turned up, the seller has now got 12 negatives, and i raised a dispute through Paypal. Paypal responded in my favour but there are no funds in the Sellers Paypal account to reimburse me  .
Paypal said they will persue the seller for the funds and have closed the dispute. I guess i have lost my money. I wanted to know what i should do next, should i contact the Co-op re a charge back and would they only refund the £70.00 or should i sit it out with Paypal ?
Please advise

i think (and stress the word Think) you may have lost your money.
i'd give getting a chargeback a go, but it looks like you're up poo creek without a paddle.helpful tips
it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
their - 'owned by them'
they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)0
