Help needed Council home

Please could anyone give me some advice

I have a council home that was given to me from the homeless but a housing association owns it. I signed a 3 year contract with them and it is up tommorrow (1st April), they said that I will be contacted a month before if they do not want me to stay. I havent received anything off them not even a letter to sign a new contract.

I have contacted my housing officer a number of times and she has never got back to me. I called her again today she is away so I spoke to someone else who said they will make sure she calls me.

Please could anyone help me

If they wanted you out you would know by now, keep paying the rent.

You shouldn't worry. You are paying your rent on time and hence you have fallen of the radar so to speak. You should be able to investigate the housing assoc policies on line and that may be able to ease your fears.

Nobody can help you. The only person who would have a clue what will happen in the medium- long-term for you and that property is the person who will call you back.

    We can't even guess.

And you already know you just have to keep paying the rent until something happens.
