I think it would be a good idea for you to familiarise yourself with the "rules" of the site...

I just pop in now and then.... :)

  • Hi, I am a user of Euphony. We both work from home and usethe phone to call local and national 24/7.

Great company, save loads of my phone bill which was BT. Even international calls are cheap- through only do 1 occasionally.

    Customer service always good.

As regards their sales side. I had a friend who worked with them for 2 years- he has retired now. great company - residual income from customers phone bills. Does work- they do what they say.

    Hope this helps

Putting your calls through anyone other than BT is bound to be a saving on BT, no-one will dispute this but paying a monthly amount for supposed "free" calls is not cheaper than using a combination of a CPS with free w/end and/or evening calls and https://www.call18866.co.uk.

This way you only pay for the calls you actually make at 0p per minute with a 2p connection charge if your line rental is with BT instead of, as pricefighter says, having to make some 83 calls a week to break even.

And that is how come your friend is able to retire on the strength of the phone calls you are paying for but don't make icon12.gif

1.I can understand why my link to an agents website (Url) was removed.
But for the life of me i cant understand why the link i put in to the Euphonys own Url (tariff page) (not an agent,s) was removed. When all over this site there are links to companies own pages. Can anyone explain why?
After all whilst discussing the merits of money saving, it does help if you can refer members to the site in question, and the appropriate page you are talking about.Does it not?

2.The point i was trying to make was there are cheaper ways of making 01/02 landline calls unless you are a high user!!!(after all this site is about saving money is it not). I am not knocking the company or the the way they choose to market it.
    PF.
  • pricefighter, sorry but that is probably down to me as I reported the user who posted his affliate url which was removed by Abcon but I had also sent a report to the Board Guide who didn't realise that the url I was talking about had been removed.

The fact still remains that unless you are planning on "selling" this there are many cheaper ways to reduce your telephone bills icon12.gif
