Tesco Insurance - £20 Good Will voucher

I should be receiving a £20 good will voucher from Tesco soon because I complained that as a car insurance customer for a number of years I never qualify for any of there new customer discounts. I was hoping for £50 that they are offering new customers but will settle for the £20.

I 'should' be recieving a £50 voucher.....still waiting though, and no proof it was offered (over the phone by a 'retention supervisor') so dont know how far I'll get if I chase it up!0
