                    Hi guys
I am kinda new to the world of online purchasing and have been thinking about setting up a paypal account.
What I am worried about is that paypals terms and conditions seem to be heavily weighted to them.
I cant actually see any liability for them at all, even if my account gets hacked. Should I be worried about this or am I being over sensative?

I think you'll get more responses over on the Ebay and Auctions board (lots of experienced Paypal users on this board), so I've popped it over there for you.
Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere(please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. If you have any questions about this policy please email [Removed by Forum Team]How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?

They cover most of the major issues that people encounter when dealing with eBay.
There is also a great article written by an ebay member on the subject - http://reviews.ebay.co.uk/How-to-Make-PayPal-Work-for-You-UK_W0QQugidZ10000000004571603
People will also be quick to remind you about sites like paypalsucks, however it's worth keeping balanced facts to the fore, rather than emotive opinion which often clouds issues and true fact.<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0

If all you are using it for is purchasing and you fund purchases with a credit card, it is probably one of the safest ways to spend money..0
