The Hut.co.uk? Anyone Ordered From Them?

i used the hut to order a microsoft game that required a product key to play. The game arrived after a while but without a product key so had to return it for a replacement, after a few weeks no replacement so had to phone them and they could give no timespan for a replacement so had to cancel and get it elsewhere.

not really a new company, been around a good few years now, never had any problems with them and i've used them quite a few times.

placed order with them for first time last week, game came today, invoice details correct but wrong game in the box! now have to wait for their bloody 24hr delay in replying to emails.

I am still waiting for a DVD Box Set for over 3 months now. It is a title that is freely available elsewhere (at twice the price) which is I suspect why they have failed to supply it, hoping I will cancel the order.
