PDA + Mobile phone combo?

hi

i am looking for a smartphone which combines a pda with a mobile phone (preferably sim free) for around 300 pounds. is there such a device. i am keen on the pda functionality mainly and want it to have a mobile phone to reduce the number of items i am carrying.
not that bothered about other functionalities like camera, mp3 player etc.

any suggestions?

PDA / phone sim free on 3 (bit of a mouthfull), not sure if it would work. With virgin no probs.

Best PDA phone combo out at the moment IMO is the i-mate jam.

Forgot about that - the Moto one!

Tmob mini pda is just a rebadged i-mate jam, they are the same thing.
