Should have known better! Following on line MSE tip used Sportshoes Unlimited web site and ordered Reebok Super Beefy Shirt in Medium ( I have been medium size for 58 years) on receipt it was 6" too long & 6" to wide. On ringing to check exchange policy I was told to return the shirt and a small size would be substituted, received a letter advising no small size, refund of shirt cost offered but not of £4.99 Postage! or alternatively account could be put in credit and future order would be sent post free, seemed reasonable. However upon ordering another item no ALOWANCE GIVEN FOR RETURN POSTAGE not so reasonable! To reiterate be aware of all the implications of mail order.[/FONT]
