When do you plan to become debt free by, I just thought it would be interesting to see everyones aims.

I plan to be debt free by Jun 2012 - I have big debts and a little income!

Whats your aim date?

Hi at the moment my aim date is October 2013, but fingers crossed if I work harder I could reduce that.

Hi, as quickly as possible. Date is June 2012, but aiming to do so before that, God willing.

Approx 2014 (due to front loaded loans) but sooner than that with cc's etc I hope! TBH I try not to think about it too much & just try to do my best each day....it seems such a long time away otherwise!

I am hoping to be debt free by 2012 which seems ages away but I will be very happy if I can do that .

Feb 2009 for me coops so not long after you! In fact it may well be January 31st that my last payment goes out... i have little countdown calculators on my spreadsheet!

Hopefully October 2009, i want to get of debt sooner (as we all do) and prob could but cant overpay on my loan, so stuck with that date.

but am managing to save a bit each month too,

Thankyou for all the replys so far!! I have found it very reassuring that I am not the only one having too look forward more than a year, I thought I was the only one aiming for so far away so this had given me a little more encouragment.

Good luck to everyone on reaching there aim, I am sure we can all do it if we focus!!!
