I don't normally write on forums but I fell I need to write about the excellent service I have received from Garden Building Direct.

I ordered a Lincoln overlap 8x6 shed at a really good price, I was a bit dubious because the price was so low but I needed one and placed my order over the internet. Communication was excellent, I received an order confirmation and then an email and a phone call about teh delivery which was exactly 5 days after placing my order. I even received a phone call on the morning of the delivery from the driver saying he would be there at 8am.

The shed arrived but there was a scractch on one of the persepx windows and the roofing felt was missing, the driver told me not to worry though and I noted the problems on the delivery note and I then rang garden buildings direct who it turns out are Kybotech limted. I spoke to a nice guy called Ben who appologised for the problems and said he would send me a new piece of perspex and the felt, he said it may take a couple of days but the bits arrived the following morning, you cant get any better than that can you, communication from start to finish was brilliant I would not hestitate in passing on my recommendation about this company.

The shed is now full of my rubbish. lol:T

Unfortunately I have not had the same experience. I wish I had viewed these forums before placing the order. There appears to be an ongoing problem!

I was given a delivery date for a shed and remained indoors all day to wait for delivery. It did not arrive.
There was a number on the e-mail I received to call if the delivery had not been made by 4. I called at 4 and it was an answer machine telling me to call back between 8 and 6???
Customer service was poor. On seperate occasions one operator put the phone down on me, I was promised a call back which did not materialise and I was told I could not speak to the Logistics manager as she finished at 5pm. It was 4.55pm at the time.
I've now cancelled the order and waiting for the refund.

These are my experiences. I personally would not use Kybotech again.

JCM please accept my apologies on behalf of Kybotech for the manner in which you were dealt with.
We are currently experiencing a high volume of phone calls and emails due to the nice weather, this may explain why you were diverted to the answer machine as all the operators may have been on a call so rather than an engaged tone or being put in a que your call is diverted to an answer machine for logistics to call you back.
Once again please accept my apologies for the operator putting the phone down on you, this is unacceptable and i can assure you it is not normal practice.
The Logistics manager only works until 3pm so that will be why she was unavailable, I am not sure why the operator advised you it was 5pm.

I Am Also Absolutely Disgusted With Garden Buildings Direct. No Response To Emails. No One Answer Phone Calls (if You Can Get Through). Normally Put On Hold For Ages Then Disconnected. Kept Waiting For Six Weeks And Still No Delivery. Informed Three Times That Item Would Be Delivered........still Nothing!!!!
Next Step....trading Standards!!!!!

Yes, but luckily if you complain on here, then Kybotech apologise to you. Surely that helps?
