Decided to go with M&S car loan, as my income varies greatly from month to month it offered more flexibility in my situation.
Bought the car on saturday, applied and was accepted on saturday for the loan subject to some security checks on Monday morning. Passed these first thing Monday morning...said they would sent papers out to sign and would do electronic transfer of funds so I could pick car up on Saturday. Its now Thursday and still no papers!!
I phoned yesterday only to find that they send the paperwork by second class post! Said they would send duplicate papers in case first lot had gone missing. There is no way now I will be able to collect my car on Saturday
With it being the weekend I am now looking at Tuesday at the earliest which means I need to change my car insurance again to keep my old car covered....I'm so angry and disappointed!

still no papers....phoned friday....hadnt been sent even despite previous reassurances...
now dont know what to do...give up and go with another lender or keep going in the hope they get their act together soon. had to change insurance back to old car.
Letter of complaint will be going in once I reach some kind of conclusion.x x x0
