NCD Proof problem (swiftcover to Lloyds)

Hi
I have recently moved my car Insurance from Swiftcover to Lloyds.
Lloyd are refusing to accept my renewal quote from Swiftcover as proof of my NCD..
They want a letter confirming it.
As we all know Swiftcover run it all online, so I printed off the renewal invitation and sent it off, but not good enough..
Do all the other insurance companies accept Swiftcovers renewal emails as proof ?
Where do I go from here ?
