Got PIN how long for card to arrive

I recently applied for an Abbey card to use the zero rate for a few months.
They sent me a credit agreement which i returned, and I received my PIN for my new card on friday.
How long should it take for my new card to arrive and how quickly should I be concerned it is not here.

My new Barclays account took me about a week after, but i got my pin 2days later and for security it was sent from different locations.8,000 / 10,000 saved. Another 2,000 by April 2011!0

I usually receive the PIN about 2-3 days after a card has arrived. It could take up to a week though.0
