Bidders With No Common Sense

i have 2 people bidding on an at-at head cover which is now at £21.00
but 56 mins later i have the exact same item on a buy it now at £19.99 with a best offer option.
Earlier this weekend i sold another part of the at-at (right side cheek gun) and the winner then asks me if i have the other side which again if they actually look they will see i do so i said yes i have a buy it now and a auction style one so told the winner to bid but if it goes over her amount i would accept her offer on the buy it now. i have a few so i am quite happy to do that.
The same winner then asks have i any at-at chin guns which i again pointed out visit my other items and you will find them!
Is it just me who checks to see when i win or buy something from a seller if they have anything else i need or is it easier just to pay for the first wait until its sent so i don't get a postage discount on the others i win then send about 3 emails first before the seller points out they have them.

i often see people bidding stuff higher than is available via BIN
    makes me giggle
just got a load of baby items from 1 seller on local collect.
all ended cheap enough to make the journey worth it
  • People are paying up to a tenner for a bogof voucher for drayton manor park which are free on kelloggs cereal packets!
  • I have these (see below) on a buy it now for £7.99 which the unsucsesful bidder has now bought, But there was a best offer feature and they could have bid again and maybe saved themselves £0.49p or asked best offer is set to accept over £6.00 :rotfl:
I need a beer it's cracking me up will post if they go for anymore tomorrow.

What about people who buy Primark clothes on ebay for £20+ when directly in Primark they're available at £12 or so maximum:confused::D

We had this quite a while ago with Me To You bears. They were all brand new, boxed with RRP prices still attached. Most of them went for way over RRP and some of them were over RRP once p+p had been added. Only a few sold for less than RRP so we left the price on so they knew they got a deal. The ones that went over RRP, we took the price off those :rotfl:

ALL were available to buy in the shops or direct from websites.

    We weren't complaining though :D

That's the one that astounds me too. OK, so many folk don't like the chaos of shopping in Primarni, but the rock-bottom prices and no-hassle refund policy makes it a must for all who love cheap fashion.
Bought 2 smock type tops at the Cheltenham branch yesterday for 25p. Left over from last summer and reduced many times. (Had a few skirts in very vibrant yellow & green too, but only sizes 8, 10 & 12 for same price.) Fraction of the price of even sleepwear tops, so how could I resist?!

Sorry, meant to add that perhaps those who buy over-priced clothes in Primark are the same well-meaning folk who do the pricing in some charity shops. Not a clue!

This is because when certain items sell out completely in Primark they become kinda 'cult' and cool.... I sold a Tea dress i bought for £12 for £25 !
It could not be bought in store anymore... still weird though i know!
    £608.98
    £80
    £1288.99
    £85.90
    £154.98
  • I've heard of people buying Primark stuff because there's just none nearby. Up until last year, the closest one we had was in Glasgow.
