A personal service review is a service we offer to our customers to save them money, make them money and protect their future. I on a daily basis help many people and get thanked so much by my customers. I've even had customers come back and buy me something due to how much i've saved them.

You might think of it as 'a reason to try and sell you something' but I cannot miss sell to anyone, its more than my jobs worth. You get court out eventually.

Dont forget most people havent a clue about banking and finances, were here to educate them. And I can assure you, service is NatWest's biggest priority and the RMD takes it very seriously.
I work in a NatWest branch, any information I provide should be taken as general. See you local branch for advice, but any questions feel free to ask me.

    Freudian slip?

Thanks for the laugh - I could do with one ...

Imprudent granting of credit is bound to prove just as ruinous to a bank as to any other merchant.
