Travel Insurance Web

I am currently looking around a few different companies to be covered for my trip to Australia later in the year. The cheapest I have come across is Travel Insurance Web which is offering a policy for £9.50:j . Has anyone used them before? I am pleased with the price but dont want to go with them if people have had trouble with claims. Fingers crossed I wont need to claim but I would rather pay a little more for my policy if this will be a problem.

The cover they offer is below with £50 excess...
