WARNING!!! To anyone who bought premium bonds over the phone recently: CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. They have taken double what they should have out of my account (£10,000) leaving me miles overdrawn and apparantly it's happened to loads of people. They are not able to return it quickly either.
