I have attempted to uninstall Bit Defender.Half way through,I had an error message to say that it had aborted.Having scanned my computer I have many files related to this program that still remain. However it does not appear in add/remove programs or indeed I cannot find any other uninstall for for this piece of software.Any ideas please?

try running the installation file again. if this runs it may have a repair option of an uninstall option if the setup detects files already installed in the registry or program files.

    see how this goes.

if those two options are not there then just run the install - restart your pc and then uninstall again.
