It needs to be done as an internal standing order which you subsequently need to amend or cancel.I just tried that and got this message, I made sure all the details were correct
We are sorry, we are unable to complete your request. This could be because:
. You are trying to transfer the whole balance from a savings account. You must leave a balance in the account.
. The receiving account is closed or not set up to receive credits online.
. The receiving account details are invalid.
I really don't understand it if others can do it, I'm just trying to transfer from halifax current account, they may have changed the rules0 -
I'll try that that then for tomorrow and then after that I'll swap to 1st.
I've swapped it that many times today I just hope it works after all this!Thanx

Everything went through ok by me just adding the 250 on 28th and the 500 on the 1st. I think if I had put 500 in on 28th it would have bounced back as total for that month would have gone over the 500
