Afternoon all, will not be doing much dfw today as have to get on with my assignment for O.U.

-Need to sort out documents and certificates for job interview tomorrow and decide on what to wear.
-Have got my partner to agree on picking me up from my current job and taking me to my job interview, now got to work on him either picking me back up or seeing if work will let me have the whole afternoon off instead, otherwise it will be at least £20 for a taxi.
    -Working on assignment
    -Cooked a store cupboard meal.
-Need to go to cash machine and get some money out so i can pay for my weekly bus ticket, thus saving me at least £8 for the week.
-Do some work for massage course

Have a good day everyone and hi to all new posters.
Good luck with the job interview andan,is this part of your plan to change careers?

    Hello All,

Its bright and sunny here, hope the sun is shining where you all are :j.

    Today I...
    • Spent £9.95 on a starter pack for WW (I have 10 st to loose, and I need all the motivation I can get) and £1.75 on a WW magazine.
    • Went food shopping, budgeted £100, spent £93 (it was a big monthly shop, mum does the top up shopping through the month) = £7 in my terramundi
    • Re-used bag for life's so that was 15 carrier bags not used (I am trying to refuse carrier bags for a month)
That's about it, am about to have lunch (rather than buying out), and sit and read my magazine with a low fat hot chocolate :j.

    Take care all.
Good luck with the weight loss, just take it a day at a time and break it down into smaller chunks.:D

Evening all, really need to convince myself that its late, but the nap i had this afternoon didn't help, nor did it mean i got my assignment done!

Thanks for all the messages of support. Sophiesmum, its part of my career change plan! Its working in a school like i am now but involves me working less hours so i can work on building my massage business up and doing my voluntary work in preparation for me hopefully getting on my counselling course in September. It's worth the slog but all very scary!

Hope it works out how you want it to andan. I changed from chefing to a lesser paid job which gives me more job satisfaction, was scary at the time though.

Thanks - not too sure whether I have mentioned it, but I have PCOS, so sometimes it is 1 step forward and 5 steps back. So, need to sort out my head, and in theory as the debt goes down, so will the weight.
Debts at the start of my journey - about £23,000 lightbulb moment 01.03.2007 (1st payment to CCCS)..Debt Free Date 25.06.2013 Deposit savings £17,000/£30,000
