USA visa

Do you really think so? Would you take the risk?

My friend and her boyfriend flew to Las Vegas on holiday. He chose not to mention his criminal record. He spent 2 hours at Las Vegas airport and was sent home on the same aircraft that he flew out on.
And if he had applied for a visa he might have got turned down - in fact a fair certainty if the crime was (apparently) known to the Las Vegas authorities.
The trouble with anecdotes like these is that they don't provide any evidence as to WHY what happened, did. Quite often it won't be for the reasons implied.0 -
US Homeland security take your fingerprints and eye scan on entry to US, not sure if they then use these to check for criminal records
At the moment its only 2 finger scan, from end of the year it will be a 10 finger scan.0 -
