WARNING - BT - weekday evening calls huge price increase

Just returned from holiday to mailing from BT: from 1 April, Together option 1 customers have free weekend calls to landlines, reduced from 5p. Great. But - please refer to enclosed leaflet for all changes.
I read enclosed leaflet, "Changes to BT's pricing and Terms & Conditions", & found on page 2 the (unhighlighted) info that weekday evening calls, which were 5p for up to an hour, will now be 1.5p PER MINUTE plus 6p per call. This is a massive increase (from 5p to nearly a pound per call if you use the full time)
What annoys me is that this info is hidden away & will catch out pensioners etc - I told my mother about it, she hadn't read the leaflet as print too small & did not realise that she would now be charged many times as much for normal calls to family. No-one else I've pointed it out to realised either. If you are used to ringing family on weekday evenings watch out - you could wind up with a huge bill!
Can't find this info on forum, apologies if it has already been reported when letter first sent out.
