Bt Phone Bill Help Please? :)

Hello,this is sort of in relation to my other thread about internet usage and so on.
I was wondering if I phone for my bt phonebill on the automated service,will that be the total cost of my calls to date since my last bill (i.e will it include all charges such as national,mobile and premium numbers and other phone charges ect?) I just want to be able to keep and eye on it and not have any hidden suprises when I get my bill,just for my piece of mind,cheers!

    If you register on the BT web site you can view all your calls since the last bill.

    No, the only un-billed information available online is 'Recent Calls' (up to about a day ago) and the pre-VAT cost without the call set-up fee is shown in each case.
    Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.

    Hi,thanks for the reply only im not checking my account online,im checking it using my home phone. I just basically wanted to know when the automated lady on the phone ses "Your cost of calls since your last bill is ££££" Does that inculde all actual calls,i.e home phones/mobiles/premium rate ect? not the line rental and so on,as I know thats not classed as calls,also the Vat but I know roughly how much that will be.Its just to keep an eye on it in the future,cheers!

    On your account there will be an unbilled usage amount, this will only be for telephone calls since your last bill, no service charges are included in this, and it will include all telephone calls billed by BT and should be inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. When phoning the automated service, this will be the figure quoted to you.
