Scottish Power transfer

I applied on the 12 Feb via one of cashback sites to have my gas and energy transferrred to e.on. At the time of the application via the internet it said I would receive a welcome pack from my new supplier in 3 weeks and switch should be complete within 6 weeks. However to date I have never heard from e.on.

Would you think they have lost my application. Tried to phone this am but could not speak to anyone.

Has a similar problem with SP, recently changed back from them to Eon and SP have done everything to drag things out!

When I had not heard anything, I emailed Eon and they responded within 24 hours, calling me on the phone and sorting things out ........ got my Welcome Pack (which is just a couple of sheets of paper, regarding the transfer and your new account details) through the post a couple of days later.

Try ringing this number :- 0845 301 5933 ......... to their Customer Services, I dealt with a chap called Chris Williams, so give this a go Monday morning.

Saturdays are always BAD days to call Customer Services of any company, so perhaps better luck tomorrow.
