About to jump into letting my flat i bought as a buy to let (bought it 3 years ago when property prices werent stupid) and have finally got round to letting it out.
Who is the best company is your opinions for buildings insurance for the BTL, most reasonably priced...

I have been dealing with Homelet for about 4 years and they have always been spot on. They operate specifically for landlords and offer good value products.

I would also consider some kind of emergency call out cover for electrics, plumbing, gas etc for total piece of mind, especially if the rental covers it comfortably.
