the buyer won the case and has sent the goods back to me. Ive opened it and everything is still wrapped almost perfectly, how many people take their golf set to the golf course with the bubble wrap still on it? The broken club is in there and wrapped up in the same way it was when it went out, i think paypal have fell for this sob story! Is there nothing else i can now do then, is paypals decision final no matter what, the buyer claimed as item not as described. grr0
