Had a car carsh on Thrusday morning, police attended ad did the ambulance service.
Interviewed by police, other driver admitted liability to police, had last two days off work with sore head & neck.
Company insurance have rung and asked if i want to make a claim for personel injury?

You don't have to be "that" (do you mean "seriously") injured to make a claim.
You have nothing to lose by saying "yes please", and seeing what comes of it.0
