Very happy, and very sad, all at the same time. Its very strange. I'd be incredible low if I didn't have a fantastic someone making me happy. Can't rely on other people for my happiness though. Got letter today, Pysch appointment is on 20th May, which is good - not too far away. Same woman though

I keep binging and purging, and it makes me feel SO emotional, but I can't seem to stop. sigh.

I know what you mean - I'm having weird emotions with the purging. I'm used to binging, which usually numbs how I feel (although I get a lot of guilt) but the purging seems to make me happy, but I also stand there thinking "What am I doing to myself?!". I want to stop, but I don't want to stop, if you know what I mean.

Are you feeling a bit better now dissertation is handed in? Have you got other work to do?

I am, but I have two exams to revise for now, and am worried about them. hope you're having an okay day xx

Have you set out a revision timetable? I hated getting organised, but it did help.

I'm having an alright day. I'm madly in love, which is nice, but still depressed.
