morning all, how is everyone today? sorry i wasn't around last night sf, how are you today hun?
feeling bit down and fed up again this morn, sh last night too, which i am ashamed off :mad:
having to wait in today, a bloke coming to service house alarm, hate waiting in, they said between 8am and 1pm so had to get up early too, and its sunny outside, and i just wanna take kids for a walk, love been outside, sick of being indoors

Im sorry about the SH. Dont be ashamed or guilty. They are the feelings that we feel once and after we have SH but you have to stop hun. Please dont do it again. I know its hard as I have SH many times and have so many scars that will stay for life. The looks I get from ppl is horrible but they dont understand. I still feel uncomfortable wearing short sleeve tops as someone always makes a nasty comment.DS thinks its from when I was hit by a car and I told him I fell too on glass on another occassion.Hes to young to understand. When I am tempted to cut I have to walk away from where ever I am. I get a pillow and bite it or scream when ds isnt home, other times I find something to get my mind off things.Im going to pm you so you have my msn addy.I know Im not always on but if you ever feel like that again, please dont hurt yourself come and chat to me and I will soon make you forget and laugh.Sending you loads of hugs,love and kisses xxxx
