Top_drawer – Huni don’t put too much pressure on yourself! You sound just like me!! I studied psychology for a little while too, but ended up dropping it. Really wish I hadn’t had to though L

Its so interesting and we get to analyse and re-analyse stuff ... I do put too much pressure on myself and then sometimes I end up doing nothing towards completing stuff as I know I will HAVE TO put pressure on myself... I just want to avoid it all...

You should have a go at a introductory course .... OU do some good ones.

Early this morning, my mate nearly died in my arms, she had od on drugs, and collapsed.

I held her in my arms, stroked her hair and got her in recovery position....

and waited for ambulance and police.

I am soo exhausted, havent eaten or slept ....sooo drained.

She is now in intensive care, and all i can do is pray she will be ok

Cant stop thinking about her, and wonder if it was my fault or if i could have done something differently.

Just needed to write this down, as i am just soo drained emotionally, physically, and mentally.

She means alot to me, just never got the chance to tell her...

hope your all ok, (((((hugs))) to those that need them, and if you have any spare, they would be much appreciated.

    huggles
    xxxxx

Hugs. Thinking of you... You did your best and i bet ur friend appreciates it ...

    More hugs,

OH told me last night that if I cut again, he'd leave me, so I said I needed some space and stayed with a friend. Staying at my Bro's now, but am not welcome to go home. Just all a bit emotional and confusing. Stopped taking AD's on Monday (doctors orders) cold turkey, and withdrawl is awful and really clouding my thoughts. Just so scared, confused, lost and hopeless, and no idea what I should do.

That sounds really unfair and bound to put more pressure on you - a vicious circle really.

Whats the long term plans for you in terms of meds?
