I'll be thinking of you feelie, I hope it goes alright. Being honest is the most important thing, imo. Otherwise you're only being unkind to yourself in the long run. Take care.

Tiff - I'm not sure I even know what sleep is anymore.lol. I'm so exhausted and don't have any energy, which is why I haven't been posting as much as usual, which I apologise immensely for. I'm so tearful with this lack of sleep and little things are really getting to me. I'm seeing the doctor on Friday so I'm going to talk to her about it. It's driving me nuts.lol.

    xx

It's such a horrible feeling isn't it? I swear I look stoned most of the time.lol. I saw someone earlier yesterday and they said "You look so ill". I wouldn't have minded so much if it was someone I actually knew.

I suffer a lot with nightmares and flashbacks. It's PTSD apparently according to a doctor I saw a couple of years ago. It doesn't make it any easier to deal with by just giving it a name though.

    xx

    Yay, I'm so happy.

I have Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety, Dysthymia and best of all - Borderline Personality Disorder!

Whoop-de-do, now I'm stuck with a rubbish label, no treatment and no idea what to do :(

I was prescribed Zopiclone for a week a couple of years ago. It didn't do anything for me.lol. Most meds don't though. I think I have a high tolerance for them. The doctor didn't want to give me them for a longer period of time because of my mental health history.

I really wish I could sleep. It's so horrible being exhausted a lot isn't it? :(

Does it basically mean I'm a write-off? Do you get any help at all? I'm scared now that I won't get any help or support :(
