Today the bursts have got worse, not one single thames water person in site though. i havent called them as it costs a lot from mobile. How are we going to have a wash an all that.I need a bath to chill and feel calm.

Aw diamond, that really is bad. Is there no one you can get to ring for you? Are the neighbours in the same boat. Its not on being left without water, how will you drink etc? They can't be legally allowed  On the bright side, they'll probably owe you compensation, but that doesn't help now.

gosh, if there's been a burst pipe for that long, surely thames water should be providing back-up supplies? that doesn't sound right hun - I hope they sort it soon.

I'll be bad at the weekend if it'll put you're mind at rest ;)

Hmmm, maybe... I won't say I will, because I'm sure I'll just wriggle out of it. I want her to test my thyroid because I have a lot of symptoms and its something my mum suffered with for a few years when she was my age. Trouble is, once you've had depression they don't want to diagnose anything new, thats all that can ever be wrong

Entirely up to you hun, you need to feel ready... i'm no one to talk, it took me ages and ages to finally take the plunge:)

Maybe if you mention your mum had thyroid problems they might reconsider? Just a thought...

i dont know my next door neighbour hun.I never hear a sound from there so feel bit scared knocking on the door and asking. My sons school was shut monday as they had no water in the school either. It would be to late to ring now, or closed. I had a problem a few years back when the tank overflooded and caused the ceiling in my sons room to colapse. The firemen had to turn off the water and the housing association at the time took 3 days to get me bottled water. That was nearly 2 years ago, am still fighting the housing !!!, all hey offered me was £250.They put me through hell as thats one of the main reasons my son wont sleep in his own room and alone as he saw the ceiling coming down ruining most of his stuff.Luckily he wa sleeping in my bed but when i was panicing and on the phone to the council he woke up.Am so so luckily he was not in his bed as the water was boiling hot.I feel really hot, like im coming down with something. Thanks x
