Hi All,
Hope your all good today. I am in severe pain with my lower back, my stomach again is bloated and I looked like Im going to give birth anyday.Had an ok day to start off with.Loved the weather, made me feel happy.I had a driving lesson which went well too. Then I saw my landlord, he was asking for his rent but housing benefit havent paid it yet, he wasnt happy and posted a letter of notice to leave in 2 months.I dont want to live here anyway.Council wont do anything, they say landlord has to take me court and apply for eviction.Like I need this stress on top of everything else.Spermdonor decided to try and give me more grief.I told him straight that when DS wants to talk to him I will ring him but DS doesnt want to talk to him.It is not my doing what so ever but ex is blaming me as always.Going to pop in the bath quickly, I hope it will ease the pain.
Hope your all good and well.Wil be online in a while so chat soon.
Love to you all xxxx0 -
Hello all. Found my way here from the OS board.
I'm in the process of being divorced after the better part of 20 years together, 16 married and it came out of the blue about 2 months ago. As a result of not sleeping properly since then, breaking down in tears at regular intervals and generally struggling with it all, the doctor diagnosed depression this morning. I've now got lots of nice pills and frankly, I'm terrified about what's happeneing to me
My soul is bared, pride has no place with me of late and I am lower than I ever thought it possible to be.
Am I in the right place?

Hi Martyn and welcome to the thread
It can feel terrible to hear a diagnosis of depression, but in a way, where you are now is the first step towards healing and putting your life back together. It may not seem like it now, but you've done the hard part - you've confronted the pain and you've asked for help.
Depression isn't a good place to be, but this thread is full of wonderful people and I'm in no doubt that it is a large part of why I am a) still here and b) a much happier person.
Please feel free to post whenever you like, about whatever you like (although the mods do ask that we dont discuss meds) and I'm sure you'll feel at home very soon.
Take care.
Much love,

Thanks for the welcome. I'll get posting but I'm off to bed shortly in a bid to reduce the physical fatigue that's plaguing me.
