I don't know what to do

I didn't sleep well and feel my OH is invading me. I don't feel comfortable living with him, he is either sickly nice and wanting to me with me when I feel tired and wanting to be alone or when I feel good, he is withdrawn. It is driving me nuts.

He hasn't the first idea about what I need and keep telling him I want space sometimes.

Don't feel good today. :( Just want to curl up in a ball and hide from the world. :(

    xx

I know the feeling, I wish I lived alone - I hate living with people. I feel on duty and don't get peace till they goto bed which is late and causing my sleep problems.

I just want a day off!!!!!!!!!

I like living alone. I found it extremely hard when my ex moved in, because he was untidy and I have OCD, and he was under my feet all the time, and I didn't feel comfortable being myself. At first I was sad when he left me, then I counted it as a blessing.lol.

My old foster carers used to do restbite care. We used to have children with special needs stay with us for a weekend, or sometimes just the afternoon so that their parents/carers could have a little break etc. :) It was arranged by Social Services. :)

in my area social services are total waste of time, they say they lack resouces and facilities,
other times, they say my kids aren't disabled enough
other times i am told wat a fantastic parent i am in coping, and keep up the good work
my cpn has contacted them and explained the impact caring full time has had on my health, and still they do nothing, i just want a day off once or twice a month, am i asking for too much?

    sorry for rant

    :hello: Everyone,

Hope you are all ok,I am alright.I too didnt feel that great today as I felt low again but I went out with my parents for a walk along the seafront until something made me smile which I had seen on the icecream board and It was Smarties!!!! ;) I got the Smarties Popup icecream and I ate it all myself :rotfl: I didnt give a moments thought about thinking of sharing it with you all sorry.

I then went home and had lunch of Quiche and salad which mum prepared as I didnt feel eating by myself at home today.I had a sleep and now I feel better until it is actually bedtime.I will watch Casualty tonight and then go to bed.
