Speak to a human on Lloyds TSB credit card line

If you phone up the Lloyds TSB credit card helpline, they make you type or speak a load of details before you can actually talk to a real person. During this time they are obviously helping themselves to your cash via your phone bill.

However, the first question the robot asks you is if you're calling for a lost or stolen credit card and the choices are (obviously) "yes" or "no".

If you instead say "agent" you can get put through directly to a human. I don't know if this works for any other card type or helpline.
