Hi..place two orders on Saturday got conformation emails... Had call from Tesco today 1 order is in no sign of the other... 10 minutes later got email from Tesco cancelling order and refunding due to Pick Fail!!! Did anyone elso get this???

Got my order this morning! (miserable delivery driver:rolleyes: )
Really pleased, digital scales and a lovely rug and cushion for £3.97! And the sim but thats not there so will have to email!:D
p.s placed another order earlier, trampette and booster seat for £13 something!:D

So i paid £12.97 and recieved 145 clubcard points, but i'm getting £34 refunded for the out of stock items!

Thus they are paying me £21.03 for a double throw, a pair of bath towels, and a sim card!

I think you'll find that the cashback is calculated on the amount excluding the VAT element as well as excluding the delivery charge (as in they don't pay cashback on the part of the total that is VAT)

at least that's how it works when you get quidco cashback from the Tesco wine site - it always calculates it in the amount excluding VAT and delivery charge. HTH

Just a word of warning if you are collecting a big order from store, make sure you have everything in your parcel before you sign the paperwork to say you have collected it......

I had a major problem the other month when I ordered some toys in the toy sale, half of the items were missing from my parcel (only noticed when I got home and opened parcel) and Mr T didn't want to know because I had signed the paperwork to say I had collected my order. I eventually got my things, but it took a lot of hassle!

Well, i can't beat that!! I have had a similar experince with Tesco direct before, i'd ordered 2 mirrors (as i couldn't decide which one to buy) both at half price. When i returned 1 of them it refunded me the original full price, effectively giving me the other one free!
