The code only works when you spend over £20 (before reductions) on goods. Did you spend enough?

Hi, I hope someone can help - this is my order confirmation, I can't seem to figure out how the clubcard points are calculated, it seems to bear no relation to any of the costs. Also, its appeared on quidco but states I have got £8.64 cashback on £288.06 - again, I can't work out where they got this figure from?

i think the clubcard points are triple at he moment and calculated on total spend prior to the reductions .I don't know how quidco was tracking I didn't check too closely but I thought mine was total spend minus £5 and minus delivrybut does not appear to be the case for you

When I looked at it again, I see it states triple clubcard points = 676 - but actually this is double my subtotal of £338. They then seem to have added my 'total to pay' of £86, so twice 338 = 676, plus 86 = 762, which is the amount of points they say I have earned. Still can't figure out the quidco though - need to check my card tomorrow and see how much they have taken...
