Fault on Bosch washing machine

Hi Can anyone help me please
I have a Bosch WFK 2801 washing machine, it made a funny noise this afternoon whilst on so I stopped it, now it isn't making a noise, but it is stopping mid way through a cycle and I have alternate flashing of 03 on the display panel and the rinse and spin/pump lights (these flash together)
I can't find my manual and the online one I found was in German.
