my mate changed over to sky broadband and tried and tried and rang everyday as she couldn't access her broadband services, she had a connection but no email or anything they reeled her in and spat her out0 -

Hey Tig I have just checked Sky BB availability for my area and this is what is says:
Unfortunately Sky’s Base, Mid and Max products will not be available where you live. Instead, you can get Sky Broadband Connect, which at £17 a month is less than the equivalent BT product.
Surely that is a mis-sell as i am only getting dial up
